EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract in relation to a contract where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

Taking into account, among other things, the above exception, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw [...].

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal expires 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the given item or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you came into possession of the item.
The cost of delivery when returning a product is paid by the customer. Goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase contract to the following address:

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax, or an email).

To keep the validity of the period for the withdrawal from the contract, it suffices for you to send information on the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the lapse of the withdrawal date.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

You are only responsible for any potential reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than that necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
